We all know we could do more to make ourselves healthier. We could eat more of the right things and less of the wrong foods, do more exercise, drink more water and stress less.
In reality we all have periods of virtue followed by a lapse, usually because we are doing something that is too hard to stick to – an enthusiastic exercise plan or a crash diet we cannot sustain.
Having devoured numerous books on exercise and diet I believe I am well placed to say that this brings together a sensible way of life which is achievable and sustainable.
I love the fact it takes the whole body into consideration including the skin and if you follow it to the letter and take before and after photos you will no doubt see the results.
My scales show half a stone lighter and I am thrilled.
There wasn’t anything new in there for me. I wasn’t blinded by science I was however motivated in a way I haven’t been for a long time to put into play the facts I already knew.
I would highly recommend this book as an easy way to get back on track with your health without the guilt or feeling of restriction (and therefore rebellion once you have the results!) which accompany most `plans.’
The book is an easy read and an achievable, enjoyable way of life.
